Bertha Cartledge

Bertha Cartledge

Handmade using wet felting techniques, knitting and stitching. Each one lovingly made, each one unique, each one made and sold for charity.

Bertha finds Teapots in charity shops and thus begins the process, some of the flowers are made form old jumpers, some from random shapes Bertha has knit, each cosy knit for that teapot. All proceeds of the sale goes to various charities, of Berthas choice (to name a couple, Tearfund and Revival, Childrens Charities) date we have jointly raised over seven thousand pounds, fab isn't it.

Made in Bingley, West Yorkshire.
