‘Cased Elusive Green’

A7 Cased Notebook

Surprisingly there is no one plant that can produce a light-fast green. Fabric has been dyed yellow first with Weld then overdyed with Indigo.

There is ‘Slow Stitch’ and then there is ‘S L O W Stitch’

Your book has been made using traditional bookbinding methods and covered with bookcloth made from naturally-dyed fabrics embellished with darning.

Please note: natural dyes are tricksy to photograph and in real life the colours are less saturated than digital cameras portray (especially the reds).
