David Mayne
David Mayne is an artist who creates sculpture for homes and gardens as well as large scale architectural interventions in the public realm. His work is in collections through-out the country and his small scale steel and wood pieces are in constant demand by leading galleries and collectors. David’s studio work is primarily inspired by three subjects:
Landscape and wilderness areas, often combining figures or animals to create a sense of scale and place
Interactions between people and the celebration of love or companionship...and last but not least cycling !
Located in a studio on the outskirts of Holmfirth, David’s work is proudly made in Yorkshire.
