Wild Hive #426

A beautiful, unique mixed media piece created from a vintage shuttle.

Leigh stitches the little honey bees from thread, felt and wire. The honeycomb is made from paper and filled with honey coloured resin.

Dimensions - Width 3.8cm, Length 37cm, Depth 4.5cm.

The piece is signed on the back, there is a small ring so that it can be hung on the wall.
