Heather lives and works in West Yorkshire. Her sculptures are created by using a variety of British sheep's wool. She often washes and hand dyes the fleeces she uses.
She a keen nature enthusiast and finds inspiration from the abundance of wildlife in West Yorkshires meadows and moorlands. Her favourite animal is the hare as it is the harbinger of Spring. A time for renewal and creativity.
She loves anything unusual and regularly hunts for treasures in antique and vintage shops. Then incorporates them into her sculpture designs.
