Stunning needle felted magpie on horn.

This sculpture is made on a wire armature using British wool. Several colours of wool were hand mixed to create blends of colour. Long fibres of wool were individually planted with a single needle to create the body. Bamboo silk is used to make the shimmering colours on the tail.
