Lovely needle felted wren.

This sculpture is made on a wire armature using British wool. Several colours of wool were hand mixed to create  the colour. Long fibres of wool were individually planted with a single needle to create the body.

Dimensions: total height of piece 5.5cm, width 3cm, bird length 8.5cm.
